I am so impressed with how hard you have been working at home Beech Class. You have made me very proud. Home learning is important but so is having a rest and enjoying other things like playing outside and having fun so this week, as it is half term, there is only one activity to try. If you don't have a printer, you could draw your own rainbow to track the challenges you manage to complete. It's the same activities for each class, so if you have brothers and sisters, you could work on it together. It is also a MAT activity so lots of other children will be giving it a go- there are even certificates and badges for those of you who take part.
I can't wait to see your rainbow!
Have a lovely week everyone. Stay safe. Mrs Thomas.

Keep a diary of each day - you could include things that you get up to at home, your thoughts and feelings, the weather, changes you notice in nature or in the garden, news cuttings from that day, plus something positive or something for which you are grateful.
Mrs Thomas teaches our Year 5 class, in September 2019 we expect to have a class of 27 pupils. All of our classes are named after trees, the Year 5 class is called 'Beech'.
The class will be supported by a teaching assistant and we often have students from local Universities to support our pupils.
Year 5 have Forest School on a rota basis, for two half-terms across the year.
Please contact the school office if you are interested in a place in Year 5, we would be delighted to show you around.
