It's Summer term 2 Sycamore Class! As you know the teachers are back at school every day and working hard to make it a safe and fun learning space for the children who are coming to school. From this week onwards your home learning will be created by members of our MAT team - have a good look at this week's to see what exciting activities there are for you to try. Keep posting onto ClassDojo too - I will be checking to see what you have been doing. Keep safe, Mr Grant.
If you want to talk to a teacher on the Home Learning Team about the work or have any questions we have set up a Facebook page (Rivers Home Learning) which you can message and is monitored each day from 9am-3pm. If you do not use Facebook, you can email rainbow@riverscofe.co.uk and they will respond as soon as possible.
I am so impressed with how hard you have been working at home Sycamore. You have made me very proud. Home learning is important but so is having a rest and enjoying other things like playing outside and having fun so this week, as it is half term, there is only one activity to try. It's the same for each class so if you have brothers and sisters you could work on it together. It is also a MAT activity so lots of other children will be giving it a go- there are even certificates and badges for those of you who take part.
I can't wait to see your rainbow :)
Stay Safe and please make sure you do have a rest.
Hello Sycamore, well what can I say about this half-term? It has been a very strange time for everyone but I just wanted you all to know how proud I am of every single one of you! I have tried to make this weeks activities a little more fun as well as keeping you learning. I have loved seeing all of your hard work and some of the other activities you are sending in. Please do make sure you are having some downtime and making the most of the weather too!!! Stay safe, stay healthy and have fun.
Mr Grant
Hello Sycamore,
I am so proud of how hard you are working and I love that I get to see some of your work on Class Dojo. Stay safe everyone!
Mr Grant
Hello Sycamore,
I have uploaded this weeks PowerPoints for Maths and English. Topic work I will give out throughout the week on class dojo. Stay safe.
Mr Grant
Hello Sycamore class and parents,
Below are the PowerPoints for this week and a suggested timetable, you do not have to stick to that timetable and you can complete the tasks at your own speed. The weather is set to be good again this week so please do get into the sunshine as much as you can (staying safe of course). The schools twitter is being used by parents to show some activities their children are doing and I am checking it, so as long as (parents) are happy please update me. It doesn't have to be an activity I have set it would just be lovely to see what you are getting up to. The lambs posted by one of our own look adorable!!!
Stay safe and I hope to see you all soon,
Mr Grant
Hello Sycamore class, I hope you are all ok and not getting into too much trouble at home. Please ask parents to upload photos of what it is you are doing at home and upload them to twitter so I can see what you are getting up to! Keep an eye on the website for your work and some fun Easter activities.
Happy Easter Sycamore,
Mr Grant
