This link will take you to the school's Privacy Notice.  A Privacy Notice informs ‘data subjects’ (individuals who are the subject of personal data) of the identity of the ‘data controller’, why the data is being processed, and any other information necessary to make the processing of the data fair. Data controllers are bound under the Data Protection Act 1998 as to how they process personal data.
