On Friday 25th May a street part was held to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. It was a wonderful sunny day so all of the children were able to eat their lunch outside. Staff and children were able to enjoy their picnics together.
The Friends planned an afternoon tea event for friends and families to join the children after school. The 'Jubilee Gardens' were on view and a time capsule was buried. The Chair of Governors and the Chair of Friends officially opened the five Jubilee trees planted to celebrate this event. Many thanks to all of those people who came along to support the school.
